RAF Operational Updates

James Bridle made this Freedom of Information request to Ministry of Defence

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Ministry of Defence,

I am making this FOI request as directed by the RAF website (http://www.raf.mod.uk/rafoperationalupda... and http://www.mod.uk/DefenceInternet/Freedo...) as no other contact information is offered.

The RAF Operational Update site previously issued updates every week, in line with the statement on the website that "We provide an up-to-date account of the operations that the Royal Air Force deployed in the Middle East conducts, in conjunction with Coalition partners and the Army and Royal Navy."

No operational update has been published since September 15th 2012. Please can you provide an explanation for this, and publish the omitted updates.

Yours faithfully,

James Bridle
