Radiology & MRI Information Request
Dear North Bristol NHS Trust,
Please can I request the following under The Freedom of Information Act 2000:
1. Do you have a Radiology Managed Service running in your trust, if yes what are the start and end dates?
2. Do you have a capital replacement plan for Radiology equipment, if so, please share it?
3. Please share your radiology equipment at risk register.
4. Which contrast injectors do you have installed, please provide make, models, installation dates and any service provision that you have?
5. Who provides your RIS & PACS?
6. What AI do you have or are investigating for your practice?
Can you please tell me the following information about the MRI equipment at the Trust:
1. Please share the makes, model, installation dates and locations of your MRI scanners?
2. Do you have any service plans running on your MRI scanners. Please detail scope, length and provider?
3. Do you repair damaged coils. If you do, how much have you spent on repairing them in the past twelve months?
4. What procedures do you perform, and which are your most common?

that of an unstructured group and that you are using your real name? We
would draw your attention to the Information Commissioners Officer (ICO)

If you are making this request as an agent on behalf of another party for
example an employee on behalf of employer, you need to declare the
company’s name. A request which only includes the real name of the agent
will be invalid.
Please note:
• The Trust cannot assess fair processing without your response to this

• We will not receive or process your request without clarification.
• We will not send you a reminder letter and the Trust will close your
case after two months.
Additionally, there is no right of appeal with the ICO, if the real name
