Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and
please accept our apologies for the delay in responding.

The information you have requested is as follows:

Please can you provide the following information.

1. Do you have a Radiology Managed Service running in your trust, if yes
what are the start and end dates? Yes- Radiology August 2023 to August
2033 and MRI, 01/04/2022 – contracts currently being renegotiated.

2. Do you have a capital replacement plan for Radiology equipment, if so,
please share it? No

3. Please share your radiology equipment at risk register. Please see
below details of the radiology equipment on the at risk register.

3x X-ray machines  

1x mobile X-ray machine

1x dental X-ray machine

1x Interventional Radiology machine

4. Which contrast injectors do you have installed, please provide make,
models, installation dates and any service provision that you have? 2
MRXPerion, MEDRAD injectors, installed on 12/09/2023, still under
warranty.

5. Who provides your RIS & PACS? RIS Soliton, PACS - Sectra

6. What AI do you have or are investigating for your practice? Research
with Kings College London, Bone expert and Aidence, MIDI Study (MR
Imaging Abnormality Deep Learning Identification).

Can you please tell me the following information about the MRI equipment
at the Trust:

1. Please share the makes, model, installation dates and locations of your
MRI scanners? Siemens Magnetom Aera 1.5T scanner located on site and
installed on 16/04/2014. Siemens Magnetom Avanto Fit 1.5T Relocatable
scanner (leased) located in site car park, installed on 26/09/2020.
Siemens Magnetom Aera 1.5T (leased) located in site car park, installed on
16/08/2022.

2. Do you have any service plans running on your MRI scanners. Please
detail scope, length and provider? GE multivendor, 01/04/2022 –
01/04/2026. Preventative Maintenance and scanner unscheduled downtime.
Excluding weekends (Site Siemens Magnetom Aera 1.5T). Leased scanners have
service maintenance as part of lease.

3. Do you repair damaged coils. If you do, how much have you spent on
repairing them in the past twelve months? Yes. £11,148.65 exc VAT.

4. What procedures do you perform, and which are your most common? Most
MRI exams apart from Cardio, MR Perfusion and Spectroscopy.
