Racist incidents/racially motivated crime by ward level

M Westcott made this Freedom of Information request to Humberside Police

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Humberside Police,

Please could you provide a summary by year of the number of ‘racist incidents’ and ‘racially motivated hate crimes’ taking place in each of the wards inside your police force area (or, if that is not possible, another small geographic area, such as policing neighbourhood, postcode or census output area).

If information about the ethnicity of the victim is available, please provide the same information (number of ‘racist incidents’ and ‘racially motivated hate crimes’ by ward by year) limited to cases where the at least one of the victims' ethnicities is recorded as black/afro-carribean.

Please provide information for as many years as possible, ideally at least from 2010 onwards but preferably back further!

Many thanks for your time.

Yours faithfully,

M Westcott
