Rachael Cragg - how many complaints of perverse and hysterical complaints against her by the public

Please provide details of any complaints made by service users of the ICO against Ms Rachael Cragg that her decisions are perverse and/or hysterical in the past 2 years.

Please provide details of any complaints of covering up fraudulent practices by the ICO by service providers in the past 2 years by service users.
