Race discrimination, Breakdown of all name change passport applications delayed, or denied in 2018 to 2021
Dear HM Passport Office,
You rejected my previous request because i didn't put my full name i am now submitting this request again with my full name.
I would like you to provide the below information by splitting the data for all minorities and indigenous peoples in UK as one group and non minorities as another group. From what i have seen online comments and currently experiencing myself that there is some type of race discrimination happening at HM Passport Office towards minority groups when it comes to name changes etc.
In order to explore this further, I am requesting:
* data on the number of passport applications delayed over recent 3 years for all those who have requested a name change. splitting the data for all minorities and indigenous peoples in UK as one group and non minorities as another group.
* data on the number of name change request for passports declined over a recent 3 years period. splitting the data for all minorities and indigenous peoples in UK as one group and non minorities as another group.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Yours faithfully,
Zain Adams
