Post Office can confirm that we do hold the information in your request shown

Post Office states the following on its Corporate website around the EDI topic:
"We expect everyone at Post Office to make both a personal commitment to
diversity and inclusion and set a standard for others to follow. Our people reflect
the diversity of the communities in which we live and work and the customers we
serve."
"We are also signed to the Race at Work charter which keeps us on track to
embed ED&I into everything we do at Post Office."
Please state how many and what percentage of Senior Executives within Post
Office Limited identify as black, Asian, mixed or other ethnicity.
For your information, 18% identify as black, Asian, mixed or other ethnic group in
the 2021 Census data for England and Wales.”

We have interpreted Senior Executives to mean colleagues in our Executive and
Senior Leadership populations.
From the latest Diversity dashboard report produced at the end of February 2024
there were 8 people (11.1%) of our Executive and Senior Leadership within Post
Office that identify as black, Asian, mixed or other ethnicity.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of this response, you do have a right to
