We are writing in response to your email received by Post Office Limited (“Post 
Office”) on 6 March, which has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of 
Information Act 2000 (“FOIA”). 
 
Post Office can confirm that we do hold the information in your request shown 
verbatim in bold below: 
 
“Post Office states the following on its Corporate website around the EDI topic: 
 
"We expect everyone at Post Office to make both a personal commitment to 
diversity and inclusion and set a standard for others to follow. Our people reflect 
the diversity of the communities in which we live and work and the customers we 
serve." 
 
"We are also signed to the Race at Work charter which keeps us on track to 
embed ED&I into everything we do at Post Office." 
 
Please state how many and what percentage of Senior Executives within Post 
Office Limited identify as black, Asian, mixed or other ethnicity.

From the latest Diversity dashboard report produced at the end of February 2024 there 
were 8 people (11.1%) of Senior Executives within Post Office that identify as black, Asian, 
mixed or other ethnicity.
