RAAC found in disposed assets
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
Of the assets put up for disposal at the Policy and Resources committee meeting on July 12:
1. Was any RAAC (Reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete) found to be present in any of the assets put up for sale in the below list Appendix A?
https://democracy.wirral.gov.uk/document...
If so, can I have a full list of each asset?
2. Has RAAC been found to be present in any other assets considered for future disposal assessed as part of the council's Asset Strategy 2022-27?
If so can I have a full list of each asset?

3. Was RAAC found to be present in the Wallasey Town Hall North and South annexes which are due to be demolished?
Yours faithfully,
Ed Barnes
