(Scotland) Act 2002 of our sovereign lady her majesty Queen
Elizabeth II.
A) Dose the council have recorded any data that communicates or indicates who presides as chair/leading officer at the meeting's held in this year of our LORD 2011 at HM Royal Burgh Of Selkirk by the District Community Council ?
B) Dose the council have recorded any data that communicates or indicates how one may contact the person named as an answer relating to question A, by written letter?
C) Dose the council have recorded any data that communicates or indicates that the person named as an answer to question A, is elected ?
D) Dose the council have recorded any data that communicates or indicates how long is the term of office of the person named as an answer to question A ?
E) Dose the council have recorded any data that communicates or indicates what is the procedure for election for any persons to the office referred to in question A ?

(Scotland) Act 2002 relating to the above I am now able to respond.
A) I can confirm that the name of the officer bearers of the Royal Burgh
of Selkirk community council are shown at the top of the community
councils minutes which are published on the Council's website:

B) You can contact the person via the address shown at the top of the
aforementioned minutes.
C) Yes. The community council's constitution (attached) indicates a term a
term of four years.
D) Yes. The method for election is contained with the Scottish Borders
Council Community Council Scheme (attached).
E) I attach the Constitution and Scottish Borders Community Council Scheme
for your use.
