2. Are the words “Other forms of harmful parenting factors like substance misuse or parental mental heath difficulties” currently : today’s date published on your website and available to the general public ?
3.a. How long have the words/ phrase/paragraph “Other forms of harmful parenting factors like substance misuse or parental mental health difficulties” been published on your website ? Please provide the date of publication ?

b. Please supply dates of the first and consequent dates of publication/s and include all publications where Cafcass use the words: “Other forms of harmful parenting factors like substance misuse or parental mental health difficulties” whether in other Cafcass frameworks, drafts or trials or any form of information ?

I am writing to request an internal review of Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service's handling of my FOI request 'Questions about Use of Language contained in (CIAF) Child impact assessment framework'.
In my request I asked if you could provide me with ‘all’ the material available to where the words: “Other forms of harmful parenting due to factors like substance misuse or parental mental health difficulties where these are assessed as harmful to the child
1. Could you please supply me a copy of the presentation that was made available to staff and stakeholders on 11th October 2018. ?
2. Could you please provide a list of stakeholders who have been presented with the presentation and CIAF child impact assessment framework to include dates and feedback ?
3. Please could you provide information particularly on which stakeholders Cafcass consulted with prior to the launch of your child impact assessment framework which includes:
a. Disability i.e : any agencies whose purpose relates to representing the interests of people with disability
b. Mental health conditions: any representatives or groups & organisation representing the interests of people with mental health diagnosis
C. Health: any organisations representing the interests of people with health conditions including but not limited to substance use, alcohol use, any physical health or Mental health professional stakeholders representing any health conditions have been involved.
Please supply names of the above listed stakeholders and supply dates where any have been involved in any consultation process ?

Thank you for your email which let us know that you were unhappy with the
decision made in the FOI response of CAF 19-028 and requested a review of
the decision.
This email serves to acknowledge that your request was received on 01 02
2019 and will be dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000.
A Senior Officer who was not party to the original decision on whether to
release the information will conduct the internal review. An internal
review involves a review of the decision on disclosure in the original
response and the way in which the request was handled. The internal
reviewer can either uphold or overturn the original decision.
Cafcass will notify you as to the final decision made regarding your
internal review 20 working days from receipt of your request. You will
therefore receive a response on or before 28 02 2019.

Cafcass has previously answered our question in regards to providing
‘information particularly on which stakeholders Cafcass consulted with
prior to the launch of your child impact assessment framework which
includes:

the interests of people with disability
o Mental health conditions: any representatives or groups & organisation
representing the interests of people with mental health diagnosis
o Health: any organisations representing the interests of people with
health conditions including but not limited to substance use, alcohol
use, any physical health or Mental health professional stakeholders
representing any health conditions have been involved.’
Cafcass has provided you with the list of all the stakeholders who were
invited to the stakeholder discussion groups in regards to the Child
Impact Assessment Framework (CIAF) in response to question two of your
Freedom of Information request (CAF19-028). None of these stakeholders
specifically held a special interest in disability.

As stated in our previous response to your query, Cafcass has provided you
with the list of all the stakeholders who were invited to the stakeholder
discussion groups in regards to the Child Impact Assessment Framework
(CIAF) in response to question two of your Freedom of Information request
(CAF19-028). We can confirm that none of these stakeholders specifically
held a special interest in disability or mental health or specifically
represented these interests.
