Question about planning approval F-YR23-0546-F Churchfield Farm
Dear Fenland District Council,
I have a question regarding granted planning approval F-YR23-0546 Churchfield Farm Whittlesey.
The published approval states that inert aggregate waste was used and that licences detailing those materials were supplied to Fenland District Council.
I would like to see a copy of those licences to better understand what material was used and if it contained any recycled waste materials. These details have not been published on the planning portal.
I would also like Fenland district council to confirm if in their opinion the materials used contained any bottom ash aggregate or elements of any similar material derived from incinerated waste used for fuel at an energy recovery facility.
Based on your answers above I would also like the council to confirm If in your opinion RPS247 should apply to the materials used.
Yours faithfully,
Alan Bessant
Whittlesey Resident
