Query: social media discussions about the mayor
Dear Bristol City Council,
In response to a freedom of information request you refused, you mentioned you took into account the "Public statements you have made regarding the Mayor". The 'you' here refers to me [see: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...
1. Please provide these statements you have used as evidence against me, even though FOI requests are meant to be applicant blind. I understand I cannot ask for information about myself and I am not. I am asking for evidence used to determine my FOI request.
2. Please provide any communications between the Data Protection team and the mayor's office, and cabinet members, where you have discussed 'public statements made about the mayor' by any member of the public.
3. Please provide any guidance (this can be in emails or other documents, WhatsApp messages etc.) you have about the kinds of statements the public can say about those in power in Bristol and still be able to access their democratic rights as regards to the council.
When looking through emails, please access drafts, trash and include attachments.
Yours faithfully,
Joanna Booth
