Dear FOI_CCT,

Thank you for your reply.

I believe the cycle route was opened in October 2015 but was constructed several months prior. So far as reports of problems with it are concerned, I am looking for all reports from whenever the route was finished, which I believe may have been around July 2015. Hopefully the council will have an accurate date for that event. If not, then please use 1 July 2015 as the commencement date.

Yours sincerely,

Ernie Marples
