Queensbury Tunnel & Barnsdale Tunnel
Dear Sir/Madam
Please provide me with copies of all correspondence/documentation exchanged between Highways England and Jacobs/AMCO-Giffen, and internally amongst Highways England’s own staff, on the subject of Queensbury Tunnel (and related issues) since 8th January 2019. This should include - but is not limited to - emails plus attachments, letters, proposals, reports, drawings and plans.
In relation to the ongoing works at Queensbury Tunnel, could you also please provide -
* an updated cost for Phase 1
* a spreadsheet of agreed variations/estimates to the contract cost for Phase 1, including a description of each item, its date and cost, and the running total
* the updated cost for Phase 2, as agreed with AMCO-Giffen, and evidence to demonstrate this figure.
In relation to other parts of the HRE, could you please provide -
* a list of all tunnels transferred to third parties since September 2013, the date of transfer and the name of the new owner
* the most recent visual inspection and detailed examination reports for Barnsdale Tunnel (HBR3/132)
* the name and contact details of the person/company to which members of the public should apply to in order to obtain footage taken by the CCTV cameras at Barnsdale Tunnel
* all documentation relating to the installation, management and data protection issues associated with the CCTV cameras at Barnsdale Tunnel.
Yours faithfully
Graeme Bickerdike
