Queensbury Tunnel
Dear Sir/Madam
In relation to the disused railway tunnel at Queensbury (HQU/3D), could you please provide me with:
* all photos of the “crease” recently identified in the lining close to No.4 Shaft
* a drawing etc showing those areas of the tunnel identified as being “red zone” (see HE’s email of 15/5/20 to Mathews/Marshall), the definitions associated with this zoning system and the analysis/assessments used to devise it
* the expected duration, cost and detailed description/plans/drawings relating to the ongoing tunnel works which started on or about 13 July 2020.
Could you also please provide me with copies of all correspondence/documentation exchanged between Highways England and Jacobs/AMCO-Giffen, and internally amongst Highways England’s own staff, on the subject of Queensbury Tunnel (and related issues) since 27 May 2020. This should include - but is not limited to - all emails/electronic messages plus attachments, letters, proposals, reports, drawings, plans and Compensation Event Forms after CE0036.
Yours faithfully
Graeme Bickerdike

Dear Sir/Madam
(Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews)
I am writing to request an internal review of Highways England's response to my FOI request 'Queensbury Tunnel'.
In undertaking the review, please consider the following issues:
* the email chain on page 52 of the PDF has been partially redacted without Highways England identifying an exemption under the FoI Act to justify/explain this redaction
* there appear to have been TWO Compensation Event Forms numbered 0037 - one (provided) for £9,024.11 relating to EA fees and a second one (referred to in Jacobs Progress Report of 19 June 2020) for £103,463.60 relating to interim running costs. The CE Form for the latter cost has NOT been provided.
Could you also please provide a legible version of the email on page 51 of the response PDF and versions of the emails on pages 51 and 52 of the response PDF without missing characters.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/q...
Yours faithfully

Dear Sir/Madam
Further to my request for an internal review into Highways England's response to my FOI request 'Queensbury Tunnel' (your ref 101290), I should also have asked you to consider why Highways England did not include any response to my request for:
* all photos of the “crease” recently identified in the lining close to No.4 Shaft
* a drawing etc showing those areas of the tunnel identified as being “red zone” (see HE’s email of 15/5/20 to Mathews/Marshall), the definitions associated with this zoning system and the analysis/assessments used to devise it.
Also missing from HE's response is the attachment referred to in the body of AMCO-Giffen's email of 11:55hrs on 19 June 2020 which should have been included.
Apologies for not identifying these issues in my initial request for an internal review.
Yours faithfully
Graeme Bickerdike
