Please provide me with copies of all correspondence/documentation exchanged between Highways England and Jacobs/AMCO-Giffen, and internally amongst Highways England’s own staff, on the subject of Queensbury Tunnel (and related issues) since 15th July 2019. This should include - but is not limited to - emails plus attachments, letters, proposals, reports, drawings and plans.

I immediately received an automated acknowledgement of receipt, but there has been neither a holding response nor a full response to my request. The normal 20 working day statutory time limit has now passed.

Dear Sir/Madam

Could you please confirm that only two emails relating to Queensbury Tunnel were exchanged between Highways England and AMCO-Giffen/Jacobs during the two-month period covered by this request and no emails were exchanged between members of your own staff?

Also, could you please confirm that all Progress Reports have been provided. In the report dated 22 August, it is stated that "AMCO have managed to control the flooding to the formation and provide a dry environment up to ch. 102, subsequent to the significant inundation reported last week." However no report from "last week" (~15 August) has been provided.
