Shopping Centre occupies a strategically important location with the Town
Centre and as such is one of the key assets identified as part of the
planned regeneration initiatives considered essential to safeguard the
sustainable future of the town. The Council in collaboration with the WMCA
are working closely with the shopping centre owners and other strategic
land owners to produce a strategy to achieve this ambition. If you wish to
receive further information in regards to this request or wish to submit a
Freedom of Information Request please forward your request to
