Please supply summary of any current relationship the council has that would fit the description as being a 'client' of Quarterbridge or Market Asset Management companies as described in their website link below.

Please supply a list of any past such relationship since 2000.

These companies are closely related with shared directors, ownership, website and office address. Your council is one that appears on the list of clients. They describe themselves with the following, 'Our services cover all aspects of developing market businesses.'

Response

 

April 2019 - Quarterbridge were appointed by Cheshire West and Chester to
provide a review of the current business plan for the new Chester Indoor
Market.

 

January 2017 – Quarterbridge unsuccessfully bid to be the market advisor
for the new Chester Indoor Market.

 

August 2014 – Quarterbridge provided a strategic review of the council’s
market portfolio

The Council considers that your request has been answered in full by
either confirming that information is not held, providing you with the
information requested, or explaining why any information has been withheld
and the reasons for any redaction. Where applicable, the Council has also
told you the reasons for the delay in responding to your request.
