These companies are closely related with shared directors, ownership, website and office address. Your council is one that appears on the list of clients. They describe themselves with the following, 'Our services cover all aspects of developing market businesses.'

The Council used Quarterbridge to help design Blackburn Market but once this opened in 2011, there has been no future relationship. We are not current clients.
