Please supply summary of any current relationship the council has that would fit the description as being a 'client' of Quarterbridge or Market Asset Management companies as described in their website link below.

Please supply a list of any past such relationship since 2000.

These companies are closely related with shared directors, ownership, website and office address. Your council is one that appears on the list of clients. They describe themselves with the following, 'Our services cover all aspects of developing market businesses.'

Chris Taylor, Dacorum Borough Council

Dear Hilary Adams,

Thank you for the request for information under the FOI.

Dacorum Borough Council commissioned Quarterbridge to complete a piece of
work on the future potential for our market around 2011. From memory the
work cost around £5k, and the Council were in the process of tendering for
the provision of the market for a five year period and wanted to
understand potential for the market going forwards.

We have not worked with them since and we have no current relationship
with them however they send me e mails from time to time offering various
services.

Many thanks,

Chris Taylor
