Thank you for your email of the 17 March 2020 where you requested
information about our relationship with Quarterbridge.

 

Quarterbridge were appointed in January 2016 to carry out a Quantitate and
Qualitative report on the Idlewells indoor market to assist with a
background assessment of the market hall.  Quarterbridge were appointed
project managers of the refurbishment; the work started on site 28 January
2017, project deadline was November 2017. 

 

Most of the information that we provide in response to Freedom of
