Dear East Lindsey District Council,

I would like to find out a little about how the Quality Status for town and parish councils has affected East Lindsey.

To this end, please could you provide me with copies of any and all documents which have been submitted to you, by town or parish councils, where they make a case to–

a) take over the running of a local service or services, or

b) enter into a partnership agreement with ELDC for the running of a local service or services.

In addition, please could you also provide copies of ELDC's responses to the above.

Should copies of documents not be available for any reason, I would request a summary instead, detailing in each case which service the town or parish council wanted to take over and what ELDC's response was.

Many thanks,

Jim Hardaker
