Thank you for your Freedom of Information/Environmental Information
request received 24^th July 2023, where you requested information about
Quality assurance of court work . Please find the response to your request
below.

 1. Your quality assurance process and procedure in relation to any
Application, Report or Statement written by an employee of your
Children’s Social Care Department that is subsequently filed to the
Court on behalf of the Local Authority.

There is no formal procedure or process in respect of filling
Applications, reports or statement we have practice guidance for the
social workers manager’s and the legal teams which I have attached for
your information.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
