Hi Carl,

Thanks for your recent request. I just wanted to clarify whether this should have come to us as you refer in the request to being employed 'across the council'

Should this FOI have gone to Lancashire County Council?

Regards,

Dear Freedom Of Information Requests,

Apologies. The request was incorrectly worded. It should refer to "the Trust" not "the council".

I await you response.

Yours sincerely,

Carl Tinker

Freedom Of Information Requests, Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust

Dear Mr Tinker

The Trust doesn't employee social workers to undertake the role of social workers (these are employed by LCC). However we do employee social workers to perform other roles such as Crisis Practioners. Therefore please advise if you still require the information that you have requested.

Kind regards

Dear Mr Tinker,

Re. Your recent Freedom of Information Requests, relating to; Qualified
social worker information, Residential support worker information, Nursing
spend and Allied health care professional information

As you may be aware Lancashire Care Foundation Trust (LCFT) is currently
in the midst of a large scale reorganisation following the recent transfer
of Central Lancashire, East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen community
services. Further to your Freedom of Information requests (as outlined
above) we have now been in touch with the commissioning teams at Central
Lancashire, East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen and feel it would be
clearer and more appropriate if we respond to your request in line with
our previous organisational forms.

As such, please could you disregard the previous information provided by
LCFT in relation to your recent FOI requests. Please find attached a
revised extract for LCFT, answering question 1 and 7 of your FOI requests.
This extract illustrates LCFT staffing numbers and average salaries
between Jan 2010 and Dec 2010 in line with our previous organisational
form.

We will work closely with Central Lancashire, East Lancashire and
Blackburn with Darwen commissioning teams to provide you with a similar
data set for what was Central Lancashire PCT, East Lancashire PCT and
Blackburn with Darwen PCT.

We apologize for any confusion caused, however we feel this is the most
appropriate way to provide you with the data requested.

Katie Stephenson

Dear Katie,

Thank you for the recent reponse.

Is it possible for us to be given the total annual agency spend for the previously requested areas, within nursing , qualified social work, residential support work and allied health professionals. If you require me to list the individual job catergories in each role, please let me know and I will.
This is a narrowed down version of question two with the commercially sensitive request removed.

I am happy to accept this for the period of 2010 or the finacial year 2010 / 2011.

Yours sincerely,

Carl Tinker
