Please provide a summary of observations received. I understand that information cannot be given which may breach data protection, therefore please provide the number of responses received and a broad overview of the themes identified from the responses.

Provide confirm the date on which Engie Regeneration Limited was appointed as one of the contractors and the name of the officer/s who agreed this appointment.

FYI, the Notice of Proposal to which you refer was sent on 29, not
20/09/2019. This followed service of Notice of Intention, sent on
25/05/2018.
 
 
See attached a summary of the Observations made in response to the Notice
of Intention dated 25/05/2018 to enter into a Qualifying Long Term
Agreement (QLTA). This summary was sent to all leaseholders with the
Notification of Proposal. See attached (QLTA (LCP) 2018 – summary of
observations (004).pdf).
 
 
 
Cabinet on 12/03/2019 agreed:
 
To establish two Framework AgreementsTo delegate authority to the Head of
Procurement to award successful suppliers places on the Major Works
Framework
 
 
Head of Procurement on 30 June 2019 made provisional awards.
Following expiry of the period for observations following the Notice of
Proposal, Head of Procurement appointed Engie to the Framework.
