Dear Public Works Loan Board,

Please release the single individual formula the PWLB uses to set the interest rate it charges on each loan that it makes to individual local authorities.

In the case where there is no single individual formula please release a list of your various formulae and methodologies, and any up to date document containing an explanation of the concepts and rationale followed.

Yours faithfully,

Ranjan Kumaran
