Thank you for your request, dated 26^th April 2021, requesting:

Please find our response attached. I can advise that within NHS National
Services Scotland we are about to commence a review of posts requiring
PVG/Disclosure checking to ensure that all relevant posts are subject to
the appropriate checks.  This will also include establishing a process to
link the evaluation of new posts or changes to existing posts to a review
the requirements for checks.

 

If you are unhappy with any aspect of how we have dealt with your request
you can make representations to us asking us to review the handling of
your request. Please write to the Associate Director of Information
Security & Governance via email at [1][NHS National Services Scotland request email] within 40 working
days of the date of this correspondence.

 

If after a review you are still unhappy, you also have the right to apply
to the Scottish Information Commissioner, who can be contacted at Kinburn
Castle, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 9DS, or via their [2]online Appeal form.
