1. Since 2014 how many adults with a learning disability applying for residential care through Sheffield City Council have been offered for tender on the internet to care providers?

2. How many of these people lacked capacity?

3. How many adults with a learning disability has Sheffield City Council successfully placed through the tendering process since April 2014?

4. How many of those successfully placed lacked capacity?

Please find below, Sheffield City Council’s response to your request:
 
In regard to question 1.  Sheffield  City Council does not tender on the
internet to care providers for people with learning disabilities applying
for residential care.  Therefore questions 2, 3 and 4 are not applicable.
