Thank you for your request for information received on 10 August 2018, in
which you asked for the following information:

With reference to the price list for the Council's pre-application
planning service

), what was Alto Property Investments Limited made to understand they were
paying for when they sent a cheque for £11,088.00 to Haringey Council
([2]http://www.planningservices.haringey.gov...
) in respect of planning application HGY/2018/1582
([3]http://www.planningservices.haringey.gov...
), the plan to develop the T. Chances community centre at 399-401 High
Road (Tottenham, N17 6QN)?

My response is as follows:

 The amount you have quoted is the planning application fee, which is set
by central government. This fee is required to the Council can assess and
determine the proposed development.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
