Purchasing a case management system

Dave W. made this Freedom of Information request to Office of Water Services

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Office of Water Services,

I understand that you have planned to improve your back office processing using a new digital system for case management.

- I'd like to know how you procured this please?

- Furthermore, can you tell me how many companies responded to the procurement?

- Did you have any engagement with suppliers about case management prior to this procurement?

- How well did the winning supplier do versus the competition? What was the winning score in terms of cost and meeting your specification?

- Please can you provide a copy of the requirements/questions/documents you sent out in the procurement?

- Please can you provide a copy of the winning supplier's responses to these requirements, including a breakdown of how they will spend the money?

- For ease of understanding, please can you also summarise what the case management system is supposed to do in brief.

Yours faithfully,

Dave W.
