Dear Chevin, Zak,

I see that you have refused my request on the grounds that it would reveal third party data. My request was simply for the dates and times on which a particular title has been purchased. Those dates and times reveal nothing about a third party (I don't need to know the name of who made the purchase, or anything like that), so I don't see how the information requested would reveal third party data?

Yours sincerely,

Alex Andrews

Dear Chevin, Zak,

Thanks very much. Could you similarly revisit my other FOI request which you also rejected on the same grounds?

Yours sincerely,

Alex Andrews

Dear Alex,

I'll process both requests together as they are asking for the same information, I am aware that you've submitted a further request in which you ask for titles that were purchased on 22nd May 2019 between 4pm and 7pm which will be processed separately as it is for different information to this request.

Dear Chevin, Zak,

Hi Zak, I was just wondering if you could confirm for me a couple of pieces of information in connection with my FOI request?

- Could you confirm the date on which title ON297085 was created?

- The spreadsheet you provided in response to my FOI request shows that the first purchase occurred on 02/02/2012 (through Portal). Could you confirm that there were no purchases of the title between the date of its creation and 02/02/2012?

Thanks very much.

Yours sincerely,

Alex Andrews
