I am emailing to confirm that we have received your Freedom of Information
request for:

1) 'a monthly breakdown of numbers of teachers and teaching assistants
who left Steiner Academy Bristol between January 2018 and January 2019.'
2) 'the number of pupils, teachers and teaching assistants that have
left Steiner Academy Bristol between January 2019 and November 2019.

Please provide a monthly breakdown and indicate if pupil, teacher or
teaching assistant.'
&
3) 'provide all communications (letters, emails including attachments)
with DfE, RSC SW, ESFA, Avanti Schools Trust and Steiner Waldorf Schools
Fellowship (SWSF) since October 2018.'

We will begin processing this immediately. 
Following the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act we have 20 school working
days to either:

* Provide you with the information you have requested

OR

* If we are unable to provide this information. To inform you as to why
we can't provide the data referring to a relevant exemption in the FOI
Act.

Following this you should expect a response by no later than the 26th
November 2019 for the first two requests and 27th November 2019 for the
third request.

If pupil please indicate which Class."

Please see below a PDF with the necessary information attached.
Please be aware, in this case we have omitted the classes that correspond
with the children that have left. As a small school we are concerned that
by sharing the class information as well as the month that the pupil left,
an individual may be able to identify specific pupils. This would be in
breach of pupils GDPR and for that reason we have decided to omit this
information.
Please can you confirm that you have received this data and attachment. If
we do not hear from you in 14 days, we will consider the matter closed.
