information from you. Please let me know by 23/04/2021.

Dear Jonathan,

Thank you for providing this information. It states, ' Approximately 900 students scored 210 or above which is the lowest AQS of all of the grammar schools. (This does not account for Pupil Premium or Looked After Children who, according to some of the schools' individual Admission Arrangements, can score up to 15 or 20 marks below this) and still qualify. Then it states, '20 Pupil Premium children were offered a place at a grammar school for 2021 entry.'

I was trying to get a direct comparison from year to year, but this does not seem to be based on test scores, but on entry to the school, which is different as the points requirements could have changed significantly from one year to the next. I am also not clear why one of these figures is 'approximately' and not a whole number.

So, I have a further question.

Could you give me the figures for
1)the test of September 2019 and 2) the test of November 2020 for :
a) number of all students scoring 210 or above
b) number of pupil premium pupils scoring 210 or above

I realise that different schools will have different qualifying scores for their pupils, and that these change again for pupil premium pupils, but this simpler form of information will do for my purposes. I was looking more for information on the test not offers to school.

Thank you for the help,

Jo

Yours sincerely,

Joanne Bartley
