Pumping Station, Smalls Hill Road, Leigh RH2 8PF

LK Mann made this Environmental Information Regulations request to Thames Water
You only have a right in law to access information about the environment from this authority

Thames Water did not have the information requested.

Dear Thames Water,

This pumping station regularly overloads. The remote monitoring system triggers a response whereby on occasion, tankers attend the station and alleviate the problem 24/7 until it is under control by drawing the waste water away.

My questions is 'what is the cost incurred internally or externally by Thames Water having to react to these overload incidents with the tankers' over the last 5 years.

Yours faithfully,

L K Mann
