Published Datasets - FOI website

"I am a Business Analyst in Bucks County Council involved in a project exploring a range of options in terms of FOI requests. I have been particularly impressed with your published datasets on your FOI website. In Bucks CC we are currently looking at a range of options and want to better understand the potential impacts sharing this level of data can have on an organisation.

I can readily see that Brighton and Hove City Council have pulled together a fairly comprehensive dataset and I would be really interested in how the business case was pulled together to justify the investment need to produce this solution. Our perception is that sharing this information should have the positive benefit of repeated requests being reduced, has Brighton and Hove found this to be case? Would it be possible for aspects of the business case to be shared with Bucks CC around the FOI requests and impact full data sharing can have on new requests being received.
