Dear FOI,

Firstly, I now realise I made a 'typo' in the title/header of this request. It should read - 'Publication/release of The Tree Investigation Report'.

Secondly, in the interest of clarity and the avoidance of doubt the report to which I refer was published today (20th December 2019) despite being dated 30th August 2019 and titled -

'Sheffield City Council, Amey & Sheffield Tree Action Groups Steering Group –
Joint Position Statement Action Review of Tree Investigations - Lessons Learned & Actions
30th August 2019'.

To assist you I have included a link to said document below.

Please update me as a matter of urgency and inform me as to what is happening as this is now overdue . Would my next port of call would be the Information Commissioner?

Yours sincerely,

Dear R Naylor

Thanks for your enquiries of 24 January and 11 February enquiring about the whereabouts of your response. We apologise for the delay due to the Christmas break, staff absence and a busy information rights inbox. We are now actively working on this response which we propose to send you by 21 February 2020.

I hope we can rely on your patience for a bit longer.

Kind regards
