has now reviewed its initial decision regarding your request for

education management system.  Sorry for the delay in responding to this

Your Internal Review:

In your response you state that "No decision has been made as yet,
therefore we do not hold this".

Please can you explain how the council will be adhering to changes around
PPN as there is a legal requirement to now publish all procurement
activity as set out in National Procurement Policy (June 2021)

Section 13.

Please could the review be conducted by a member of the council's
procurement team as they will have knowledge of National Procurement
Policy.

Internal Review Investigation and Findings:

As part of this internal review we have contacted the procurement service
of the council.  They have confirmed that at the time this request was
initially responded to no decision had been made in relation to the
Education Management System and therefore no information was held.  At the
time of responding to this internal review response this remains the same.

The service have confirmed that the report is a joint report from the
Director of Strategy & Resources and Director of Children & Family
Services and will be considered by Cabinet during December 2022.  We can
confirm that when a decision is made this will be published on the City
Council's website.
