Dear RecordsManagementService,

I sincerely thank you for this information, but you have left out one key ingredient.

The purpose for each loan is missing, I cannot believe after going through all of this that you missed the purpose of each loan. Is it the case that loans are given out without organisations having to stipulate the purpose for each loan?

Yours sincerely,

Muhammed Iqbal

Dear Mr Iqbal
I have consulted with my PWLB Colleagues and they have confirmed that
Board does not seek to know the purpose of any loan it makes to main
local authorities.

Dear RecordsManagementService,

Again thanks for this, one last point could you just confirm for me the following;

I've looked at the spreadsheet and accumalated the outstanding balance for each loan listed, it comes to £276,173,453.11. Is this the actual outstanding balance that Tower Hamlets Council in total, owes on all outstanding loans, or am I looking at this from the wrong perspective.

Thanks for your time and patience in this matter

Yours sincerely,

Muhammed Iqbal
