1.Can you please tell me how much the public transport expense rate
currently is?
2. When was the last time it was raised to its present rate?
3. How much was petrol per litre (approx) the last time the rate
was raised?

Dear Russell,
I am referring to the travel expense payments made to staff on
official duty when using their own vehicle, I think they are called
Public Transport Mileage rates and standard mileage rates.
