We're waiting for Malcolm Loades to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Southampton City Council,

Since the introduction of Public Spaces Protection Orders in the City Centre, Bitterne Precinct, Portswood Broadway, Shirley High Street and Woolston High Street how many fines have been issued each year in each area, and for what reasons?

to PSPOs.

 

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification. 

 

The Council requires further information in order to identify and locate

know whether you require this information in calendar or financial year
format. I would also appreciate if you could specify whether or not you
would include information for the current year so far, or up to the most
recent complete year.
