With regards to the above Public Space Protections Orders, I would like to obtain copies of the orders and the plans which show the areas affected. I would also like to know on what date these orders were made.

Thank you for your reply. I only see one attachment which is the order for the Alcohol PSPO. I don't see an attachment for the Dog Control PSPO.
Can you confirm that there are no plans available for either showing the areas?

Dear FOI Unit,
With regards to my FOI query - reference 00204207 - I would be grateful if you could update me on the progress of my request.
As stated, I had been looking to obtain copies of the orders and plans for both the Dog Control and the Alcohol PSPO. The previous reply I received attached the order for the Alcohol PSPO but there were no plans. Accordingly, as none were provided, I had asked if the Council could confirm that there were no plans available. There was no order or plans provided for the Dog Control PSPO.

The current Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) for dog control and for alcohol came into force on the 10th March 2021 and 7th December 2020, respectively. Please find attached copies of both PSPOs (including a list in each PSPO of where the relevant Order relates).
