Public road adoption (section 38) of roads on Tilbury Fields development nr Botley
Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
Please can you provide me with the details of any Section 38 road adoption agreements in place for the handover of the new Tilbury Fields development from Persimmon Homes.
Specifically for Healtey Way:
* Is the road adopted?
* Is the road subject to an adoption agreement?
* If there is an adoption agreement:, what stage in the adoption/construction process has been reached?
* What outstanding works are there?
* Are there any issues holding up adoption?
* If the road is not subject to adoption, how will this road be maintained, as the residents are paying council tax?
