Public Rights of Way data

[Name Removed] made this Freedom of Information request to Kent County Council This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Kent County Council,
Under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000, counties are required to hold a “definitive map” of all public rights of ways in their county. In 2017, you released such data under Freedom of Information request EIR/17/1523. I would like to request an updated version of the PROW data in a GIS format such as KML, Esri Shapefile, etc.

If this data is supplied, I would also like to know if it is released under the OGL 3.

Yours faithfully,
