Dear FOI,

The links you sent do not open- they say ‘forbidden’.

Please could you provide the specific answers on this FOI rather than referring to county documents within applications within distinct areas of the county website. I am familiar with the location of these but other people interested in this information may not be and it may be complicated for them to easily find the information being asked for. I am not sure if once in these documents whether the information is easily accessible as per the questions asked or whether it requires me to work out the numbers which would be time consuming and possibly opens up the possibility of inaccuracy . Hence asking please for the answers to be provided clearly on the FOI.

Yours sincerely,

Jude Sutton

Dear Jude Sutton

Thank you for your email. As you were experiencing problems with the
links, I have downloaded the relevant documents and attach these in a
zipped folder. In addition, the below link should provide you with access
to the public documents:

[1]https://planning.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/o...

In respect of your request for a breakdown of the comments:

The neighbour responses are recorded and published separately across three
documents ("Neighbour Responses – up to 6th February 2018', "Neighbour
Responses – 7th February – 29th May 2018", and "Neighbour Responses past
the deadline – 30th May onwards") and are numbered 1 to 367.

The eight published documents relating to Parish Council responses total
13 comments (Girton, Wicken Fen, Wilburton, Histon and Impington Parish
Council each x1, Cottenham, Landbeach and Waterbeach each x2, Haddenham
Parish Council comments x3).

We do not hold a breakdown of how many comments were made about the
specific factors that you have listed. The relevant information we hold is
published, and attached, and therefore Regulation 6(1)(b) of the
Environmental Information Regulations applies as the information is
“already publicly available and easily accessible” in this form and
format.

Form and format of information

6.—(1) Where an applicant requests that the information be made available
in a particular form or format, a public authority shall make it so
available, unless—

(a)

it is reasonable for it to make the information available in another form
or format; or

(b)

the information is already publicly available and easily accessible to the
applicant in another form or format.

The analysis we hold can be found on page 6 of the minutes of the planning
committee meeting regarding this application which summaries the parish
council responses and objections. Page 7 of the minutes summarises local
representation and objections.

I hope this helps. If there is anything further I can do to assist, please
do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely,

Josephine Bailey
