I request information in whatever form setting out what are the Post Office Limited’s public relations “narrative boxes/rocks”
1) at that time as referred to in an email from Paula Vennells CEO to Mark Davies dated 30 January 2015 at 07:29am in preparation for appearance before a Select Committee.
2) at the time of the appointment in 2020 of Richard Taylor as the head/director of Communications/public affairs concerning public relations “narratives/rocks” as described in 1 above.
3) currently in use for the function described in 1 above.

Your response merely confirms that POL is in breach of its statutory obligations.
If POL is unable to fulfill its statutory obligations, and this response from POL,
“We have received a large number of requests and
we are doing everything we can to respond to each request accurately and in a timely manner.”
indicates a systemic problem.
POL must inform the Information Commissioner immediately. The statute doesn’t specify a flexibile “timely”, it specifies 20 days.
