In response to your request for information from 1st January 2005 and 31st
December 2010, please note that Croydon council only established the
current detailed monitoring of the collection and assignment of Section
106 funds in 2012. For this reason, any collection or spend that occurred
prior to this period cannot be produced.

• Funds unspent - Payments that are available from 2005-2010 agreements
are attached.
