Subject: S106 agreements granted between 1st January 2000 and 31st
December 2005

With regard to your request for information from 1st January 2000 and 31st
December 2005, please note that the London Borough of Croydon only
established the current detailed monitoring of the collection and
assignment of Section 106 funds in 2012. For this reason, unfortunately
any collection or spend that occurred prior to this period cannot be
provided.
