Public record of Justices of the Peace
Dear Ministry of Justice,
Further to my previous request answered under your reference Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request – 220810033, I refine my question following your response.
1 - The Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 has abolished Local Justice Areas.
Can you please provide the structure (organisation chart or equivalent) that has replaced the Local Justice Areas.
2- Can you please direct me to a publicly accessible record listing current status for Justices of the Peace.
If such a public record does not exist please provide a list of all current Justices of the Peace held by the MOJ, and
How can we the public easily access up to date information status?
This information should be readily available as officers of the court they are public trustees, and therefore this cannot be deemed personal information in breach of GDPR.
This information is easily accessible for all other justices, as well as court enforcement officers, as well as other officers of the court.
Yours faithfully,
Marc Horn
