Dear North West Leicestershire District Council,

Thank you for your reply. I note that the application form and the plan are available on the Council website but I cannot see any information there which states the current status of the order. The page says that it is current diversion applications, not whether they are progressing or have been progressed.

As per my FOI request, I would be grateful if you could advise if the "THE DISTRICT OF NORTH WEST LEICESTERSHIRE FOOTPATH N59 (PART) OFF BARDON ROAD, COALVILLE PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2019" has been confirmed.

Yours faithfully,

Natalie Muir

Council have responded that the information is already available on their website. However, the data there is path order application and plan. It is not a made order document. Additionally, there is no path order status given so the answer to my FOI request is not available there.

Council have supplied a confirmed order for the same footpath but the order date does not match and the plan does not match that on their website that they linked to.
